Draw blood immediately before next scheduled dose and forward to lab including date and time of last dose.
Reference Values:
3-8 ng/mL (applies to heart and kidney transplants)
Therapeutic range applies to trough specimens drawn immediately prior to a.m. dose.  Therapeutic targets vary by transplant site and institutional protocol.  The utility of therapeutic drug monitoring has not been established for everolimus as an oncology chemotherapy.
Weekdays, by Prior Arrangement Only
Testing is performed at Mayo Medical Labs Monday-Sunday at 1 pm.

DO NOT CENTRIFUGE.  Send EDTA whole blood in original tube, refrigerated temperature (preferred) to Mayo Medical Laboratories (Test ID:  EVERO 60537).  Date and time of last dose should be recorded.
