Test Indications: This test is used for evaluating children with signs and symptoms of methylmalonic acidemia.
This test is also used for evaluating individuals with signs and symptoms associated with cobalamin deficiency (vitamin B12). <19 years: no restrictions ≥19 years: testing is restricted to physicians specializing in hematology, oncology, neurology, and genetics. |
