Clinical Information:
Evaluating patients with clinical features of IPEX (immune dysregulation, polyendocrinopathy, enteropathy, X-linked inheritance) and other primary immunodeficiencies, autoimmune diseases, allergy and asthma, and graft-vs-host disease post-hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.
CD4+CD25+CD127lo T-cells are FOXP3 expressing regulatory T-cells.

Blood: 4.0 mL
Pediatric Blood: 0.5 mL

A CBC and differential must also be performed. 
Send specimens in original tube.  DO NOT ALIQUOT.
Specimens are required to be received in the HSC Immunology Laboratory weekdays and by 4:00 p.m. on Fridays.  Draw and package specimen as close to shipping time as possible.  It is recommended that specimens arrive within 12 hours of draw to ensure processing within the 24 hour sample stability. 
Sample must be shipped at ambient temperature.
Samples arriving on the week-end will be cancelled.
