Clinical Information:
Test Indications: This test is used for the detection of amphetamines in urine.
Recommendations: A preliminary positive result with this assay indicates the presence of amphetamine or methamphetamine in urine. It does not measure the level of intoxication.

Collection Devices:
(Similar lab approved leak-proof container acceptable).
Specimen Required:
Urine: 3.0 mL

Samples need to be frozen if delivery to lab exceeds 3 days.
Specimen received 30 days post-collection will not be tested.
Referral:
Urine: 3.0 mL

Send on next courier run. On weekends send to SBH Lab or Westman Lab so sample arrives and can be tested by Sunday.
