Clinical Information: |
This test measures the level of lidocaine in serum. It is indicated for the assessment of toxicity and dosage during the management of ventricular arrythmias following myocardial infarction or during cardiac surgery.

Specimens should be centrifuged and aliquoted within 2 hours of collection.
Serum collected without gel preferred. |
