This test is used for the diagnosis of Metachromatic Leukodystrophy (MLD), Arylsulfatase A Deficiency or Multiple Sulfatase Deficiency (MSD).
 
Method: Quantification of sulfatides of varying fatty acid chain length by LC-MSMS at The Hospital for Sick Children,Toronto.
