Test performed at:  Special Coagulation Laboratory, Room 2N38, Hamilton Health Science Centre, McMaster Division, 1200 Main Street, Hamilton, ON L8N 3Z5

1 - Na Citrate 1.8mL Tube(s) - Full Tube Collection  - Minimum 1 x 1.8 mL, but preference is 3 x 1.8 mL
Specimen Required:
Plasma: 1.5 mL
Pediatric Plasma: 0.75 mL

Test must be approved by Director of Haemostasis prior  to specimen collection.
Referral:
Plasma: 3.0 mL

3 x 1.0 mL platelet poor citrated plasma, frozen and transported on dry ice.
