| Clinical Information: |
Collect blood for trough concentration within 45 minutes prior to next dose. When peak concentrations are required, collect blood 20-40 minutes after the end of the Amikacin infusion.
Time of last dose and next dose must be provided on the laboratory requisition prior to sample processing. |
