Please notify HSC Flow Cytometry Laboratory (787-1986) of solid tissue and other fluid immunophenotyping specimen submissions. Differential diagnosis or relevant clinical information is required.TISSUE:
Submit the following with the lymph nodes or other tissue specimen: 1 or 2 Giemsa and/or H & E stained imprint/ touch preps from the fragment submitted. Please label the slides with name, collection data and indicate number of slides submitted on the requisition. Solid tissue should be placed in RPMI and stored refrigerated (NOT FROZEN) unless it can be processed immediately. |
