Adult in-patients: Mon-Fri 0800-1130 Pediatric patients (in/out): Mon-Fri 0745-1600 Off hours by Hematopathologist approval. Requisitions for Ancillary Studies should be provided as required: Bone Marrow Triage Confirmation form Cytogenetics Microbiology (if required) Cadham Provincial Lab (if required) |

Bone Marrow Aspirate and/or Biopsy: Collection performed by Physician. Technologist assists with procuring specimens and will provide ALL necessary tubes. |
