Collection Devices:
Specimen Required: Dried blood spots on Newborn Screen Blood Dot Card. Fill all the spots and air dry.
Alternate:  EDTA 4 mL blood.

Special Processing: Sample must be spotted within 24 hours of collection


Protect from moisture and condensation at all times.
