Collection Devices:
Serum tubes with no gel are also acceptable.
Specimen Required:


Serum: 1.0 mL
Pediatric Serum: 0.3 mL

Specimen Stability: 

Refrigerated: 48 hours

Frozen: many months at -20oC (may be frozen 5 times)

Referral:
Serum: 1.0 mL
Pediatric Serum: 0.3 mL

Shipping & Storage: Plasma must be transferred to an aliquot tube and stored/shipped frozen
